Job Description



  • Design and Lead Prediction Market Strategy
    Develop the overall vision, use cases, and roadmap for internal or external prediction markets aligned with business goals.


  • Build and Manage the Platform Ecosystem
    Oversee the development or integration of prediction market platforms (e.g., forecasting tools, token systems, or trading interfaces).


  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation
    Analyze market outcomes, participant behavior, and prediction accuracy to generate actionable business insights.


  • Model Governance & Risk Management
    Ensure prediction models and market mechanisms are fair, ethical, compliant, and resistant to manipulation.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Work closely with product, data science, risk, legal, and executive teams to identify high-impact forecasting opportunities.


  • User Engagement & Incentive Design
    Design participation frameworks (rewards, gamification, token incentives) to drive high-quality user engagement.


  • Monitor Market Performance
    Track liquidity, participation rates, forecast accuracy, and overall market health; iterate mechanisms accordingly.


  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
    Ensure adherence to financial, data privacy, and gambling-related regulations (depending on jurisdiction and market design).



The Successful Applicant



  • Strong Background in Data Science, Economics, or Finance
    Proven experience in statistical modeling, forecasting, behavioral economics, or financial markets.


  • Experience with Market Design or Trading Systems
    Familiarity with prediction markets, exchanges, DeFi platforms, or algorithmic trading environments.


  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking
    Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.


  • Technical Understanding
    Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, blockchain (if relevant), or platform architecture to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.


  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills
    Strong ability to interpret complex data, manage uncertainty, and translate predictions into business strategy.
