Job Description

  • Managing daily fund operations, including trade settlements and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties.
  • Monitoring cash flow and maintaining accurate fund records.
  • Preparing operational reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Supporting the on-boarding process for new funds and clients.
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Assisting in system enhancements and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of fund operations and financial regulations.
  • Experience in trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
