Job Description

As a Fund Admin Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day fund administration operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing and approving financial statements, reports, and fund valuations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and ensure transparency.
  • Managing fund accounting processes, including reconciliations and expense allocations.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Providing guidance and support to the accounting and finance team.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Admin Manager should have:

  • A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in fund administration within the financial services industry.
  • 8 years of Fund Accounting Experience in PE
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.
