Job Description

As a Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst (FinTech), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the FinTech portal to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into platform capabilities.
  • Support business development efforts by providing solution-oriented presentations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during onboarding and early lifecycle.
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring all solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to optimize solution usage.
  • Collaborate with internal product/technology teams and external vendors
  • Translate client needs into functional requirements and system workflows

The Successful Applicant

A successful Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst (FinTech) should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in FinTech / fund administration / financial services OR SaaS solutions / consulting / client-facing roles
  • A strong background in technology and its application in the professional services industry.
  • Experience working with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices) is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience in project management and delivering results within deadlines.
  • A passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • A positive and client-focused approach to problem-solving.
