Job Description

As a Finance Transformation & Technology Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the Asia subject matter expert for finance processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and process improvement projects.
  • Design and implement solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL, VBA, or similar technologies.
  • Gather business requirements, manage UAT, and support end-to-end project delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Asia and the US to align regional needs with global platforms and processes.
  • Support month-end close, issue resolution, change management, and user training.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Transformation & Technology Manager should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, business systems, process improvement, or finance technology roles.
  • Proven experience delivering finance process automation and systems enhancement initiatives within a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions using Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or similar tools used for automation and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to business processes and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with finance systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and related finance technologies.
  • Exposure to private equity, asset management, alternative investments, or financial services environments is advantageous.
