Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Conducting financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing cash flow and working capital to optimise financial stability.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to maintain high performance standards.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for financial efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the media and agency industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
