Job Description

  • Actively participate in corporate strategic planning, major business decisions, and key operational activities, while fulfilling oversight responsibilities on significant matters to support sustainable, high-quality growth.
  • Lead the overall finance function under a value-driven financial management framework, including budgeting and performance analysis, capital management, treasury control, financial risk management, taxation, accounting, and compliance, enhancing financial value creation capabilities.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Fulfill dual reporting responsibilities of the Head of Finance role, providing transparent and accurate reporting on financial performance and business outcomes, enabling effective financial governance.
  • Lead finance team development and organizational planning, strengthening capabilities and performance of the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA.
  • 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax policies, and accounting standards, with familiarity in ERP systems and financial tools.
  • Proven experience in financial management and business performance analysis, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and alignment with corporate values; demonstrates professionalism, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
