Supported by integrated global operations, including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution across 30 countries, it delivers reliable performance and scalable growth across key markets.Job DescriptionActing as combined Finance Head and COO for the U.S. business, you will drive both financial strategy and operational excellence. You will develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth and brand objectives, providing rigorous financial modeling and commercial insights to support key decisions such as market expansion, product development, and pricing.In parallel, you will lead end-to-end operations across sales, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring seamless coordination and continuous efficiency improvement. You will oversee the full value chain from sourcing to final delivery, optimizing cost structures, supply chain performance, and key operational metrics including inventory turnover and on-time delivery.You will ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls, while managing external partners such as auditors, banks, and advisors.
