Job Description

Acting as combined Finance Head and COO for the U.S. business, you will drive both financial strategy and operational excellence. You will develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth and brand objectives, providing rigorous financial modeling and commercial insights to support key decisions such as market expansion, product development, and pricing.

In parallel, you will lead end-to-end operations across sales, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service, ensuring seamless coordination and continuous efficiency improvement. You will oversee the full value chain from sourcing to final delivery, optimizing cost structures, supply chain performance, and key operational metrics including inventory turnover and on-time delivery.

You will ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls, while managing external partners such as auditors, banks, and advisors. The role also includes leading cross-regional teams and acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO and functional leaders.

Additionally, you will serve as the key liaison with the group and board, delivering clear, data-driven reporting on financial performance, operational results, risks, and improvement initiatives to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelor's degree or above, holder of HKICPA, AICPA, or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification.

· Full legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or permanent resident), with over 10 years of onshore U.S. work experience.

· Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Finance Director, VP Finance, CFO).

· Proven expertise in both financial management and operational leadership within the U.S. market, with strong knowledge of U.S. tax, regulatory, and business environments.

· Hands-on experience in cross-border supply chains and end-to-end operations, particularly sourcing from Asia, with a track record of driving operational efficiency improvements.

· Background in B2C retail and/or B2B sales-driven organizations, with solid understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfillment processes.

· Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Demonstrated leadership, cross-cultural communication, and business partnering skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.

· Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
