Job Description

  • Support the full cycle of financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, financial performance reports, and variance analyses
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide actionable business insights
  • Partner with practice groups and business leaders to support commercial and strategic decision-making
  • Conduct profitability analysis, revenue analysis, and cost management reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial models, and analytical tools
  • Participate in ad hoc financial projects and business initiatives as required



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is advantageous
  • 3-7 years of relevant FP&A, business finance, commercial finance, or management reporting experience
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Experience working within professional services, legal, consulting, or multinational environments will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
