Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Coordinate invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment arrangements.
  • Assist with monthly management reporting and budgeting activities.
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers.
  • Support annual audit and statutory filing requirements.
  • Manage payroll administration and coordinate with external payroll vendors.



Office & Corporate Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and operation of the office.
  • Manage office suppliers, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office lease renewals, rental negotiations, and facility-related matters.
  • Monitor office expenditure and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documentation.



Event & Travel Coordination

  • Organise investor roadshows, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, venue arrangements, and attendee communications.
  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning for senior management and visiting stakeholders.
  • Support client visits and corporate hospitality arrangements when required.



General Business Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of internal processes and controls.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, office management, or business administration.
  • Previous experience within an asset management, hedge fund, family office, private equity, financial services, or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Sound understanding of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous.
