Job Description

  • Conducting transaction monitoring reviews to identify suspicious activities.
  • Supporting the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team in ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance audits.
  • Assisting in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance-related issues.
  • Escalating potential risks or suspicious activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing support in the preparation of regulatory reports.
  • Ensuring adherence to all internal and external compliance guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher diploma/Associate degree or above, Fresh Grad welcome
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance and transaction monitoring processes.
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
