Job Description

As an Executive Assistant (EA), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and meeting management and for the Investor Relations team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Managing communication on behalf of executives, including handling emails and phone calls.
  • Organising and maintaining confidential files and records.
  • Arranging roadshow coordination and intense travel arrangements
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assisting with event planning, including meetings, conferences, and team activities.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support as required by the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant (EA) should have:

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong use of AI eg, Copilot, Chat Gpt and Claude
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
