They are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join their regional team and take ownership of high-profile incentive trips, executive events, and corporate programs across multiple markets.Job DescriptionLead the end-to-end management of regional incentive trips, meetings, and corporate events from concept through execution.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, event communications, run sheets, and operational documentation.Manage travel arrangements, guest logistics, accommodation, activities, and event functions.Serve as the key liaison between regional and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event lifecycle.Coordinate stakeholder requirements and provide timely project updates.Manage expectations and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, destination management companies, production agencies, and other suppliers.Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.Manage budgets, expense tracking, invoice processing, and reporting.Lead on-site operations and oversee event delivery from arrival to departure.
