Our client is a leading consumer manufacturing company with a strong presence across Asia, known for its high-quality products and well-established production operations. With continued investment in engineering capabilities and factory modernisation, they are seeking a seasoned Engineering & Project Manager to support operational excellence and drive strategic improvement initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Oversee factory equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure reliable and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies
  • Drive factory upgrade, renovation, and capital engineering projects from planning to execution
  • Partner closely with production to support manufacturing performance and continuous improvement
  • Manage departmental budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to deliver engineering projects effectively



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of Engineering & Project experience in F&B Manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO22000, ISO14000, OHSAS, HACCP)
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance systems, plant utilities, and engineering project execution
  • Familiarity with systems such as SCADA, BMS, or ERP is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to perform under pressure
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Chinese
