Our client is a well-established international law firm with a reputable disputes practice in Hong Kong.

Job Description

As an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a diverse range of dispute resolution matters, including litigation and arbitration.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex cases.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on the latest legal developments.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and mediations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate will be a 4-7 PQE Hong Kong qualified lawyer, with solid experience handling dispute resolution matters, ideally gained from an international law firm environment. Exposure in banking litigation, commercial litigation or corporate litigation will be ideal. English and Chinese language skills are required.
