About Our Client

Our client a well-established large organization operating in the banking/financial services sector.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create clear, concise, and user-centric copy for digital products, covering both standard user journeys and error scenarios across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and localize multilingual content (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese), including product interfaces, website copy, user guides, and lifecycle communications such as email and SMS templates.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of terminology by maintaining a centralized content glossary aligned with brand tone and cross-language standards.
  • Review and optimize existing digital content to improve clarity, usability, and overall user experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform copywriting decisions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support product and content strategy initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Linguistics, Translation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in copywriting, UX writing, or related content roles, preferably within digital products or platforms.
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills, able to translate user insights and business requirements into clear, user-friendly copy.
