Job Description

  • Act as a Business Analyst for digital platform projects within the bank
  • Gather and document business requirements using JIRA and Confluence
  • Support project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist in quality assurance activities to maintain project standards
  • Prepare documentation and reports for project tracking and governance

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a BA/QA in digital banking projects
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and delivery
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms within the banking sector
  • Previous experience with HSBC/HASE is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
