Job Description

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and solutions
  • Develop and maintain business process and requirements documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support solution design and implementation
  • Create test scenarios / test stories, support UAT, and ensure quality delivery
  • Identify risks, defects, and issues during testing, and escalate for resolution
  • Provide project and system support to end users, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions

The Successful Applicant

Business Analyst II

  • Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Ability to create user stories / test cases
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or similar
  • Basic knowledge of insurance domain, systems, or processes



Business Analyst III&IV

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large data and complex requirements
  • Experience across the end-to-end BA lifecycle (requirements, testing, delivery support)
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, systems, and methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive solution discussions independently



Preferred

  • Experience in insurance products / operations / processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
