Job Description

The role involves leading and executing overseas sales strategies to grow market share and revenue across regions outside China, with a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. You will oversee regional sales operations, develop and manage distributor and partner networks, and drive direct engagement with key industrial clients in manufacturing sectors. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high performance standards. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, supporting market entry strategies, and strengthening brand presence globally.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in machinery, industrial equipment, or manufacturing-related solutions, combined with a proven track record in overseas markets outside China. You bring strong exposure to international business development, particularly across Europe, the Middle East, or Asia, along with demonstrated success in managing distributor networks and key accounts. Solid people management experience is essential, with the ability to lead and develop regional teams across different markets. A strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in a complex, multicultural environment are critical to success in this role. Candidates with experience in equipment distribution or selling integrated manufacturing solutions will be highly regarded.
