Job Description

  • Manage daily Data Center facility operations to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, UPS, generators, and BMS/DCIM systems.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with vendors and service providers.
  • Respond to operational incidents, perform troubleshooting, and drive timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support Data Center projects, changes, and capacity planning activities.
  • Manage vendor performance, service delivery, and SLA compliance.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good knowledge of Data Center facilities technologies and industry best practices.
  • Solid understanding of critical infrastructure systems, including power, cooling, fire protection, and monitoring platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Center operations and facilities management.
  • Strong vendor management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning, incident management, and operational risk control.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
