We are looking for a proactive Manager Data Analytic and CRM to lead data-driven strategies and customer relationship management initiatives. This temporary role in the Financial Services industry is based in Kowloon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of digital messaging across eDM, SMS, push notifications and emerging channels.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to scope, design and launch data-led CRM campaigns.
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-launch measurement.
  • Perform hands-on analytics to support campaign targeting, lead generation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, data, technology and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide operational insights and recommend optimisations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to accuracy, governance and delivery standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in data or information management within retail banking.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in analytics-driven campaigns.
  • Exposure to AI-related initiatives such as AI agents or RAG-based solutions is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of digital messaging platforms (e.g. SFMC, AEM).
  • Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as SAS, Tableau, QlikSense or Pega preferred.
  • Confident communicator able to engage business, operations and technology stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable with a strong service mindset.
