This organisation operates in the insurance industry and is based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Automate and streamline the consolidation of regulatory reporting data from multiple source systems.
  • Perform data validation, trend analysis, and quality checks to ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions.
  • Automate data preparation and reconciliation for Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) reporting, including reinsurance receivables and payables.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Support automation projects, data analytics initiatives, and ad hoc reporting requests.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with Databricks, Alteryx, or similar data platforms/tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
