A reputable organisation is looking for a Customer Services Officer to join their team. Open to candidates with form 5 / DSE or above.

Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries, including billing and service-related issues
  • Respond to complaints and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently
  • Provide administrative support such as:
    • Managing user accounts
    • Updating FAQs and internal knowledge base
    • Updating financial records



The Successful Applicant

  • HKDSE / Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or accounting preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with accounting qualifications (e.g. LCCI / AAT Level 2 or above) will have an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese typing
