Role & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic internal communications plans to strengthen organisational culture and reinforce a value-driven workplace
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region
  • Promote effective information-sharing and collaboration across regional and global offices
  • Support the roll-out and localisation of the firm's employee value proposition in Asia

Additional Responsibilities

  • Partner with global communications teams to identify and support external communication opportunities across Asia
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business functions
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in communications and marketing
  • Create high-quality written and multimedia content for internal platforms including intranet and newsletters
  • Oversee content planning, editorial calendars and related communication platforms
  • Support leadership communications including drafting key messages, announcements and presentations
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and internal updates
  • Track team deliverables and provide regular progress reporting



The Successful Applicant



Requirements

  • Degree-qualified with a strong academic background
  • 10-12 years of experience in communications, preferably within financial services
  • Solid experience spanning both internal and external communications
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
