About Our Client

Our client is a leading global trading company specialising in apparel sourcing, product development, and supply‑chain management, providing extensive regional coverage and strong vendor management capabilities.

Job Description

  • Lead regional production management across assigned business units, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, cost optimisation, and compliance.
  • Drive strategic vendor management, including performance reviews, capability assessment, capacity planning, and long‑term partnership development.
  • Oversee seasonal production planning, WIP tracking, issue resolution, and risk mitigation across Asia and newly expanded production hubs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, Quality, Merchandising, PD, Technical, and Compliance, to ensure smooth handover from development to bulk.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, lead time, and visibility.
  • Conduct frequent travel to offshore countries, including Vietnam, Egypt, Jordan and other vendor countries for factory audits, performance follow‑ups, technical troubleshooting, and capability enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of apparel production experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in woven/knit apparel production and experience managing large multi‑country vendor networks.
  • Solid understanding of Asian and emerging production hubs, especially Vietnam and MENA manufacturing regions (Egypt/Jordan).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast‑paced, multi‑country environments.
  • Comfortable with frequent regional and international travel.
