Job Description

  • Act as the primary commercial lead for the oncology portfolio in Hong Kong, managing strategy and execution through appointed distributors
  • Develop and drive local commercial and marketing strategies, adapting global brand direction to local market needs
  • Lead joint business planning, distributor governance, KPI tracking, and regular performance reviews
  • Oversee tender management for public and private hospitals, including Hospital Authority submissions and formulary access
  • Own financial performance, including forecasting, sell in/sell through, inventory health, and receivables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, hospitals, and key institutions
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to support lifecycle management and launches
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmacovigilance, quality, and GDP requirements across the distribution network

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong oncology background
  • Proven track record managing external distributors or commercial partners in Hong Kong.
  • Solid understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare system, including Hospital Authority tendering. Ethical channel experience is a must.
  • Highly independent, entrepreneurial, and results‑driven, with strong analytical and execution capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage
