About Our Client

Our client is a leading global insurance organisation undertaking a strategic transformation initiative within its Claims and Health business.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for the ICHS transformation programme.
  • Assess business impacts across Claims, Contact Centre, Operations and Distribution functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement and support programme objectives.
  • Lead change adoption initiatives throughout solution design, testing, implementation and post-launch phases.
  • Design and deliver communication plans, training programmes and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Establish business readiness frameworks and ensure operational preparedness before deployment.
  • Support the transition from current-state processes to future operating models and technology platforms.
  • Monitor user adoption, programme benefits and operational outcomes through governance and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure change initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Contribute to transformation activities across Hong Kong and Macau insurance operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in change management, transformation, or programme delivery.
  • Hands-on experience leading business transformation and change adoption initiatives.
  • Proven track record supporting operations, claims, insurance or financial services transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business users and drive organisational change.
  • Excellent project coordination, planning and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
  • PMP or Change Management certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience within insurance, banking or broader financial services environments is desirable.
