Job Description

As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
  • Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
  • Leading and mentoring the accounting & finance team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Driving cost efficiencies and optimizing financial operations in the Kowloon office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
  • IPO experience is a must
  • Start Up experience is a must
  • Leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
