Job Description

  • Drive business analytics and campaign performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop predictive models and analytical solutions to support business growth and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize SQL and analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Leverage AI technologies and automation to enhance reporting processes, operational efficiency, and analytical productivity.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business functions to translate data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience in predictive modelling, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking industries.
  • Knowledge of tree-based machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Trees).
  • Experience in campaign analytics, customer analytics, or business performance analysis.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, AI prompt engineering, or AI-driven analytics solutions.
  • Experience in reporting automation and process optimization.
