The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new business partnerships within the luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, and premium lifestyle sectors, driving brand presence and revenue growth through strategic account development.This is a hunter-focused role requiring a proactive sales professional with strong industry connections and a proven ability to open doors, secure partnerships, and develop long-term commercial relationships within luxury hotels, resorts, spas, wellness destinations, and high-end retail environments.Job DescriptionNew Business Development:Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within luxury hotels, resorts, destination spas, wellness centers, private clubs, and premium lifestyle operators.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and distribution targets.Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.Conduct market mapping to identify emerging wellness and hospitality opportunities.Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms aligned with brand objectives.Spa & Hospitality Partnerships:Establish relationships with Spa Directors, Hotel General Managers, Procurement Teams, Wellness Directors, and key decision-makers.Promote professional spa treatment programs, retail offerings, and brand experiences within luxury hospitality environments.Drive adoption of the brand's products and treatments across spa and wellness facilities.Support partners in creating exceptional guest experiences and wellness journeys.Account Management & Business Growth:Develop strategic business plans with key partners to maximize revenue opportunities.Monitor sales performance, identify growth levers, and implement action plans.Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client engagement.Ensure partners achieve retail and treatment performance objectives.Brand Representation:Act as a brand ambassador within the luxury hospitality and wellness community.Represent the company at industry events, wellness exhibitions, luxury travel forums, and networking functions.Champion brand standards, positioning, and customer experience throughout all touchpoints.Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends across luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, and beauty sectors.Identify competitive activities and emerging market opportunities.Provide regular market insights and commercial reporting to management.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 5-8 years of business development, sales, or commercial experience within:-Luxury beauty-Professional spa brands-Wellness brands-Luxury hospitality-Prestige skincare-Hotel and resort partnershipsProven track record of successfully developing new business and generating revenue growth.Strong network within luxury hotels, resorts, wellness operators, and spa management groups.Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and commercial negotiations.Passionate about wellness, luxury experiences, and premium beauty.Speak native Cantonese, fluent Mandarin and English.Highly driven, resilient, and target-oriented.Professional and polished with strong executive presence.Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and luxury hospitality leaders.Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-growing environment.What's on OfferThis role offers a promising career path within a dynamic working environment.
