Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau by identifying high-potential market segments such as fireproof insulation, high-rise construction, data centers, infrastructure, and green building projects. The role involves conducting in-depth market research and analysis to uncover opportunities, developing tailored market entry and expansion strategies, and building strong pipelines of new customers including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector stakeholders. You will actively establish and maintain partnerships with key industry players, associations, and certification bodies, while collaborating closely with internal sales and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and market insight into construction and fire safety trends are essential, along with the ability to work across cultures and build collaborative partnerships. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required, and familiarity with local regulations, building codes, or green building certifications will be highly advantageous.
