A strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics will be essential, along with frequent regional travel of approximately 30%.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or higher and brings at least two to three years of experience within the airline or travel industry, with solid exposure to business development or commercial roles. Experience with inflight service equipment, airline market dynamics, and an existing industry network will be considered a strong advantage. You are commercially driven, highly organized, and confident in managing negotiations, contracts, and senior stakeholder relationships. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, with Mandarin capabilities seen as a plus, and you are comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems alongside O365 tools.
