As a Business Analyst in Hong Kong, you will analyse pension-related business needs and help shape practical solutions for the Insurance business. You will work within the Analytics department to turn business information into clear requirements that support informed decisions.

The organisation operates in the Insurance industry in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Perform data analysis and translate insights into clear business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system scenarios for technical teams.
  • Support daily business operations by identifying system solutions and enhancement opportunities.
  • Assist senior Business Analysts in project delivery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Utilise SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong experience in data analysis using SQL.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Experience from any industry is welcome.
