Job Description

As a Business Analytics Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analysing and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project documentation.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions.
  • Conducting data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analytics Manager should have:

  • A strong background in business analysis and project management within the Technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of KPI design, data modeling, and metric governance.
  • Demonstrated experience building executive dashboards and self-serve reporting.
  • Proficiency with BI tools andanalytics platforms such as:
    • Power BI and/or Tableau and/or Looker
    • SQL (advanced querying, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software used in business analysis.
