Job Description

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business processes and calculations into functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business needs with technology solutions.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to support solution design, data mapping, and system integration activities.
  • Define validation criteria, support data quality reviews, and assist with issue resolution activities.
  • Participate in testing activities including UAT planning, defect management, and deployment readiness.
  • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and process guides to support change adoption.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, reporting requests, and business process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, or a related function.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data management, reporting solutions, or enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to SQL, data analysis tools, or scripting languages would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese for stakeholder communication.
