Our client is a well-established insurance organisation undergoing digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders across various functions
  • Work closely with business users to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand operational challenges and business needs
  • Support the implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions within business operations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy Power Automate workflows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution
  • Provide training and change management support to business users
  • Prepare project documentation, process maps, and business reports

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within operations or digital transformation projects
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its business applications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate or related workflow automation tools
  • Strong requirement gathering and process mapping skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience supporting UAT and system implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related disciplines
