Our client is a leading insurance company undergoing a major claims transformation journey. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support claims system enhancement and transformation initiatives across Individual Life, Group Life, and Health Insurance business lines.

Our client, a leading insurance organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Claims Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with claims operations experience who are passionate about process improvement, digital transformation, and driving operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for claims system enhancement and transformation projects.
  • Work closely with claims operation teams to review and optimize end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Insurance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance claims system projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the claims lifecycle within: Individual Life Insurance / Group Life Insurance.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, system implementation, or transformation projects within the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience working on digital transformation, workflow automation, or claims platform migration projects.
