Job Description

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Prepare BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and other project documentation.
  • Act as the key liaison between Hong Kong business users, offshore development teams in China, and vendors in India.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate system integration requirements, data flows, and interfaces.
  • Support project delivery activities including requirements traceability, SIT, UAT, defect management, and change requests.
  • Participate in an ongoing large-scale Claims System Revamp project, focusing on system integration and process enhancement for the Hong Kong market.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in system implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and BRD preparation.
  • Hands-on experience in system integration projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore development teams and third-party vendors.
  • Insurance industry experience, preferably in Claims, Policy Administration, or General Insurance, is highly desirable.
  • IT background with good understanding of SDLC, APIs/interfaces, and system integration concepts.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).**
