Job Description

  • Lead and manage business and technical requirements definition for innovation or transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and stakeholder priorities.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation to support efficient delivery by engineering and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, dependencies, and business outcomes.
  • Design and document current-state and future-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the business case for change.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analysing business metrics, identifying insights, and contributing to ROI and value assessments.
  • Participate in delivery governance activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and timely issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering requirements for complex business or technology initiatives.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate scope and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently plan and run workshops, including requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience engaging and presenting to C-level or senior management.
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery practices, including user stories, sprint planning, and UAT processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and present clear recommendations.
