Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various business functions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, IT teams, vendors, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in change management activities, training, and deployment support.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet business expectations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Insurance, or related disciplines.
  • 2-8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Distribution, or Digital Platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
