Job Description

As a Brand Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, elevate brand positioning and drive change.
  • Managing brand budgets and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee category management, distribution planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to ensure strong business fundamentals.
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitoring brand performance and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in brand management within the beauty industry.
