Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve noteworthy and VIP clients by delivering personalised banking support across products such as lending, investments, insurance, and daily banking solutions
  • Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding performance goals set by management
  • Identify new client acquisition opportunities and actively promote relevant banking products through cross‑selling
  • Build, manage, and sustain long-term client relationships through professional and attentive service
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend appropriate solutions to address their evolving needs

The Successful Applicant

Requirements：

  • Degree or Associate Degree holder, or HKCEE / HKDSE qualification with a minimum of one year's relevant working experience; experience in banking or financial services is preferred
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven sales awareness and the ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is a definite advantage
  • Mandatory qualifications: IIQE Papers 1, 2 & 3; HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8
  • Candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply
  • Applicants with an Insurance Agent or Broker background will also be considered
