Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, strategic partners, and investment stakeholders
  • Support partnership initiatives that create business opportunities, collaborations, and commercial growth for startups
  • Conduct research and analysis on startup portfolios to identify synergies, partnership opportunities, and market expansion strategies
  • Assist with post-investment engagement activities
  • Coordinate networking events, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen connections between Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the broader innovation ecosystem
  • Provide operational and administrative support across partnership and ecosystem initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience gained in startups, innovation programs, venture capital, investor relations, partnerships, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement
  • Open to fresh graduates with internship experience / IANG Visa/ TTPS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
