Job Description

  • Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP and company policies
  • Work closely with regional and global teams on consolidation and reporting deliverables
  • Support external audit and statutory reporting requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX or internal governance requirements
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances, trends, and business performance
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in reporting and finance operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, commercial, and operations
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as system implementations or regional initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant (CPA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with a strong focus on financial reporting / audit
  • Experience from Big 4 + commercial environment is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IFRS / US GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience in MNC environment is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with regional stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
