Job Description

  • Providing exceptional support to clients and addressing their inquiries promptly.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of banking and financial services in line with client requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Assisting in the on-boarding of new clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommending improvements.
  • Supporting the team in achieving service excellence and meeting key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
