Job Description

  • Providing operational support to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and transactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Communicating effectively with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of operational processes within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
