Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Fashion

Leadership & People Management:

Support the Store Manager in the daily operation and overall performance of the boutique.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centric service.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching team members.

Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.Sales & Client Experience:

Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs.

Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and ensure a memorable client journey.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients and loyal customers.

Lead by example in clienteling activities, fashion consultations, and customer engagement.

Identify opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.Operations & Store Excellence:

Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect brand guidelines and luxury presentation.

Support inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives.

Monitor store compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

Assist in managing schedules, payroll administration, and daily reporting.

Maintain a pristine and welcoming boutique environment.Business Management:

Analyze sales reports and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Support the implementation of local marketing and client engagement initiatives.

Partner with the Store Manager to develop action plans for achieving commercial goals.
