About Our Client

Our client is a reputable global private bank with a well‑structured Private Banking Services function supporting Relationship Managers and private clients across Asia. The platform emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory discipline, and high‑quality client servicing.

Job Description

  • Perform client account opening and ongoing maintenance, including preparation, verification, and processing of onboarding documentation in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support Relationship Managers in completing KYC / CDD reviews, periodic reviews, credit applications, and related documentation.
  • Execute and support transactional activities, including trade processing, settlement coordination, and system entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a key point of contact for RMs and clients on operational, transactional, and system‑related queries, providing practical and effective solutions.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Credit, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Team Leaders and Relationship Managers to enhance overall team efficiency and client service standards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and private banking service procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Officer or Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking or Priority Banking.
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently with good attention to detail.
  • Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a service‑oriented mindset.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency required.
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn and grow in a private banking environment.
