Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of IT and system implementation projects
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and status reporting
  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and support resolution activities
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  • Track project progress and maintain project documentation and governance records
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities
  • Manage vendor communications and ensure deliverables meet project objectives
  • Gradually take ownership of project workstreams and project deliverables

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related project roles
  • Proven experience supporting system implementation or IT transformation projects
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term career in Project Management
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is required
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
