Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for driving day-to-day marketing initiatives across retail, professional channels, and e-commerce, while independently managing assigned brands and leading a small team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business results.Job DescriptionCollaborate with the Marketing Manager on the execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of beauty brands across retail, professional, and e-commerce channels.Take ownership of assigned brands, managing end-to-end marketing activities and ensuring alignment with brand and channel objectives.Support business growth through lead generation initiatives, promotional campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, livestream activities, and exploration of new sales channels.Act as the deputy to the Marketing Manager by translating strategic plans into actionable tasks, coaching team members, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring successful campaign execution.Coordinate retail and trade marketing activities, including in-store promotions, roadshows, trade events, POS materials, and retailer engagement programs.Work closely with e-commerce and brand teams to manage online marketplace and website operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory information, and content updates.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, customer engagement initiatives, and events for both B2B and B2C channels.Monitor social media performance, paid media activities, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement programs to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.Coordinate content creation and creative assets across multiple channels, ensuring quality control before final approval.Conduct market research, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.Review and maintain marketing and e-commerce systems, liaising with vendors to improve operational efficiency and user experience.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Approximately 5-6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights and data into effective marketing strategies.Creative, innovative, and results-driven mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches and opportunities.Hands-on experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. Experience in social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce is advantageous.Previous team leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path with a dynamic working environment.
